Property and Cancellation Policies

Full Charge - Full Stay - If cancelled within 14 days of arrival

Partial Charge - 50% of Full Stay - If cancelled within 15 days of arrival

No Charge - If cancelled within 30 days of arrival

All rooms rates are net, non-commissionable, inclusive of Government taxes.
Rate excludes Government Environment Levy of euro 2 per person per night, payable by guests directly at the hotel
.The hotel reserves the right to adjust its rates, should there be a revision in Government taxes.
 The hotel has 1 accessible Double Room and is available on request and subject to availability.
 All rooms have ground and first floor location.
 The hotel does not guarantee room location at the time of reservation. Request for preference of rooms on the ground floor or first floor may be made at the time of reservation and is subject to availability
.Force Majeure: The hotel reserves the right to cancel a booking due to acts of God or government authorities, natural disasters or other emergencies beyond its reasonable control upon written notice without liability.
